Full Stack Engineer

A day in the life of a Full Stack engineer at Leva :

You will resolve around building and improving web application using Node.js, React and TypeScript. You will contribute to a platform making strategic enhancements. The role is a combination of problem-solving, collaboration and innovation and working with both front-end and back end development to deliver a faster and better product.

Keys responsibilities :

• Product & Code Development :Translate architectural and engineering concepts from the core team into robust, readable code that balances clarity and performance.
• Data Architecture : Contribute to design discussions, providing feedback and technical insights to refine and implement scalable solutions.
• Customer Success Support : Collaborate with client-facing teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications required:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge across the entire development stack (frontend, backend, large-scale databases, DevOps).
• The ability to design scalable, maintainable systems from scratch or improve existing architectures in different software domains, including ML.
• Business sense and a track record in building products in a heavily regulated environment.

Soft skills :

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

Education and Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 3 years prior as a full stack engineer in the financial intermediary sector
• Domicile in Switzerland is mandatory
