A day in the life of an Senior Sales Representative:
In your daily role, you will connect with potential customers to create sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. Your goal is to communicate the value of our products and services with conviction, turning prospects into loyal customers. You are the voice that open doors and create curiosity by reaching new audiences and turn into action. Each day is about building relationships presenting solutions and guiding them toward a confident “yes”.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research and identify potential customers within the Swiss market within several industries, using your network and various sources such as databases, social media, and networking platforms.
Pitching and Presenting: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospects, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services, and addressing any objections or concerns they may have.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through effective communication, active listening, and personalized interactions to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Consultative Selling: Employ consultative selling techniques to understand prospect requirements, identify pain points, and recommend tailored solutions that address their specific needs and preferences.
Sales Closure: Close sales opportunities by effectively communicating product pricing, terms, and conditions, and overcoming objections to secure commitment from prospects.
Pipeline Management: Manage and update sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on outbound sales activities, leads, and interactions.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape through ongoing training and professional development to enhance outbound sales effectiveness and performance.
